| This is one of the most enchanting trek available in the Kullu valley, which offers some of the most widely beautiful mountain scenery to be found anywhere in India. Deep forest, wide open lush green hanging valley and the bleaks, marinated landscape dominated by the Malana glacier, all add up to a very beautiful trek. Malana is a tribal village, which is considered as the oldest democracy in the world. The permission must be obtained by the head of the villagers to visit the important places in the village and one have to be very careful to not touch the untouched places (sacred places and monuments). In that place the villagers can claim the fine to the person who touched the places intentionally or not.

Drive from Manali to Nagger distance 25 km. by jeep. After then walking up the steep trail to the village of Rumsu, traditional wooden houses an picturesque village is worth to visit. Steep and gradual walk to the campsite. Overnight stay in campsite near Rumsu village. |

| DAY / 2 : Rumsu – Chiklani (5 HRS) 2,400 MTR |
After breakfast trek start for the Chiklani (base camp of Chanderkhani Pass). The path is going up steadily up to the base camp through the forest of oak, popular, pine, widow of wild flower and rhododendron bushes. Overnight stay in campsite at Chaklani. |

After a short gradual climbing to the pass, It offers an extensive view of the Himalayan snow caped mountain and widely spread valley of Kullu. Easy walk to the campsite surrounded by the forest. Overnight stay in campsite at Nagruni. |

| DAY / 4 : Nagruni – Malana (5-6 HRS) 2,652 MTR |
One hour descend to the river bed, sporadic sight of the solitary houses on the hill sides as you are near to the Malana village. Fair skin light eyes, entirely different dialect, religious and socially practices of the people of the Malana. The village set out from the rest of the Kullu valley. Overnight stay in campsite outside of the Malana village. |

| DAY / 5 : Malana – Zari - Manali (5-6 HRS) 2,652 MTR |
| Explore the Malana village life in the morning. After then walk down to the Malana dam which takes 2-3 hrs. to reach over there. Transport will be ready to pick you from there and take you to the Manikaran for the natural hot water shower. Drive from Manikaran to Manali and arrive Manali in the evening. |
